Your council pays for the agreed work. You contribute nothing.
Warm Homes: Local Grant
Run by your local council, not an energy supplier. It can cover insulation, an air source heat pump, solar panels and smart controls.
- England only, owner-occupied or privately rented
- EPC rating of D to G, household income usually £36,000 or less
- Your council arranges the survey and the installer
